APPLYING TO THE CORE PROGRAM

Be sure to read the instructions included with the application, in order to become familiar with the required components and session dates. The Core Program includes 10 monthly, day-long sessions; time to read and prepare for sessions; and many optional opportunities for enhancing your program experience. You must also have your employer’s support of your application, at least to authorize the necessary time out of work.

Notes on the Online Forms

1. The writeable application is a large file. Please give your computer several minutes to properly open the file.

2. Unless you have a paid edition of Adobe Acrobat, you will be unable to save your answers in the writeable application. Therefore, you should plan your time accordingly. You may want to gather your resume and type your long answers into a Word file before you begin to type into the online form.

3. Applications are not accepted by email or electronically submitted. Once you have typed answers into the fields, you should print all pages (other than the instructions), sign and obtain your employer's signature, then make copies and mail or hand-deliver the application.
